CNC Manual Lathe Turning Machinist – B and C-Shift

Essential Functions:
  • Operate Manual Turning Lathes to produce any given product to a customer’s specification on dimensions, functionality, quality, and delivery.
  • Ability to perform manual measurements.

CNC Milling Machinist / Set-up – A and B-Shift

Essential Functions:
  • Program, setup, and operate CNC mills to produce any given product to a customer’s specification on dimensions, functionality, quality, and delivery.
  • Comply with all safety regulations.
  • Maintain a safe working environment that is organized, clean, and free from debris.
  • Perform periodic preventative maintenance on equipment being used, including daily cleaning and daily maintenance checklists.
  • Perform all delegated tasks from CNC Supervisor.

  • Perform inspections on all products to ensure product quality before it reaches the Quality department.

Saw Operator – B and C-Shift

Essential Functions:

• Operate all models of Band Saws and become proficient in loading and unloading the machines as directed.
• Cut product within tolerance and squareness requirements.
• Read job routers, prints, and other procedural documents.

Customer Experience & Sales Account Reactivation Specialist

Basic Summary of Position:

Provide customers with an outstanding experience by professionally responding to their requirements effectively and in a timely manner. Follow the company Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure an acceptable accuracy level. Interface with other departments/engineers/ outside salespeople/Area Functional Managers etc. to service all aspects, including, but not limited to market analysis, technical assistance, pricing, lead times, status updates, manufacturing capabilities, critical to quality features, shipping etc. Initiate and facilitate customer contact to generate new business leads and regenerate existing dormant accounts.

Furnace Operator – B and C-Shift

Essential Functions:

• Operate high temperature vacuum furnace.
• Monitor process and record parameters.
• Utilize analog and digital gauges, digital controllers, and PC HMI to record temperature, current, voltage, flow, pH, level, pressure and partial pressure of liquid and gas.
• Adjust gauges, valves, digital I/O and (HMI) process parameters to ensure safety of personnel.
• Load and unload furnace.
• LOTO: Electric (high & low voltage), Pneumatic, Water Circulation and Process Gas.
• Work with hazardous material and corrosive gas.
• Able to periodically operate in a full-face respirator, test required.
• Packaging of purified product.
• Adheres to established clean room procedures.
• Standard maintenance.
• Change pump oil.

The Midwest Regional Sales Manager – EDM is to market, promote and increase sales of company product(s). In addition to sales, the Midwest Regional Sales Manager will solicit, develop, and report strategic information and opportunities. Candidates must be located in the Midwest territory, Michigan, Indiana, or Illinois.

Essential Functions:

• Visit prospects, customers, & attend trade shows promoting company products/services.

Inspector/Quality Technician – B-Shift

Essential Functions:

• Excellent use of standard measurement equipment (i.e., micrometers, verniers, etc.)
• Excellent Blueprint reading skills.
• Experience and good skills on comparator.
• Program and operate CMM using Calypso software (Pc Dmis a plus).
• Knows how to read and interpret GD&T.
• Proficient use of vision system with Measure X and or Zone 3 software.
• Knowledge of machining practices a plus.
• Ability/Availability to work overtime and weekends when required by customer demands.
• Experience and good skills with windows applications (i.e., MSWord, MS Excel, etc.).
• Experience and good skills with SPC, ISO9002, and other quality standards/techniques.
• Some knowledge of tool calibration standards and techniques.
• Actively seek out WIP jobs and complete First-Off inspections to assist in the timely delivery of customer products.
• Familiarize yourself with shipment priorities and ensure that these jobs are not delayed due to quality/inspection reasons.

Southeast EDM Regional Sales Manager

The Southeast Regional Sales Manager is to market, promote and increase sales of company product(s) within an assigned area. In addition to sales, the Southeast Regional Sales Manager will solicit, develop and report strategic information and opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager will meet or exceed the overall sales budgets & total revenue goals.

Essential Functions:

• Visit new prospects, customers, & attend trade shows promoting company products/services.
• Increase sales within existing EDM customer base & identify new opportunities to increase market share. Cold calling will be necessary in the area.
